On May 30, 2024, at Samtskhe-Javakheti State University, within the framework of the Erasmus+ capacity building project “Development of Veterinary Faculties at Georgian HEIs to Create a New Pool of Young Veterinary Professionals in Georgia” (VETPRO), a job fair was held for students of the integrated master’s education program in veterinary medicine.

On this day, the university was visited by partner organizations in the field of veterinary medicine – representatives of the public and private sector, heads of various companies, as well as veterinary clinics.

At the forum, employers and students exchanged information on employment and internship opportunities. Students had an opportunity to present their CVs to the representatives of the companies. After the interviews with the employers, the guests visited the veterinary laboratories at the university.

An employment forum for veterinary program students will be held annually.
